Every option is customizable and they are built starting from Element groups and Property elements

The rooms of the property. For greater efficiency in research, we strongly recommend the inclusion of an item for each room: for example, if an apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen, add a total of six lines.

Adding rooms here will automatically update the fields that are shown in the property list, whose appearance is handled by component params, option Show rooms in the Frontend tab.
