In the Agenda tab, i click on New and fill up the Title and Type; and then in the other boxes i select existing Category, Customer, and Project. I fill up Start and End times, for example for the following day, I select All Day "no", assign the appointment to an existing User, and press Save & Close.
The appointment does not appear on the calendar! Did i miss a step? Please help!
