#675 – Tracktime stopped working

 Good Day

I have been using tracktime on a project for months now and all of a sudden on the 19th it stopped sending or receiving data from the remote tracker.

I have checked the plugin and the setting in the component but can not find the problem.

The only thing that has been changed about that time was the site template on the tracking website.

Hello Gary,

if I remember correctly your hosting was blocking incoming requests from your customer server.
Can you please get in touch with the hosting and ask them if they have any logged block?

Hi David
I shut off Mod Security a while back. everything was working well up until a few days ago. I just went in to see if there were any changes on the server and all is set properly. Mod Security is not on which was the problem last time.
