#723 – Unable to save changes

 Good Day Davide

I have been trying to modify some activities but am unable to save. I get a blank white screen. When I hit back arrow the activity is there but the changes are gone. The only way to leave the item is to hit cancel.

Also I tried recording a payment on an invoice and had exactly the same problem.

Hello,

you have two options:
  1. I can see you are using a very ancient version of the software. You should update to fix this bug and several other ones
  2. Wait until Wednesday when the new version is released. Joomla reverted the change causing the issue you are experiencing

I was pretty sure that 3.1.6 was the current software. Don't I get automatic notification of upgrades as a subscriber with Track Time Pro.
Just to be sure though I did reinstall 3.1.6 with the exact same result. No fix there.

I take it the update that is coming is a Joomla update? or are you coming out with an update?

Guess I can wait until tomorrow to find out.
